We want you to love your 12th Tribe finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a 12th Tribe E-Gift Card for store credit.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Get Rewarded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your exchange will be shipped or your store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
